I wanted to place a short-notice birthday order of a dozen roses for a friend from across the country and found Heaven Scent Flower Company not too far from her home. Jewel Ann had a busy day, but was very pleasant and communicative and kindly upgraded my order when she had to make the delivery later than expected, upgrading the vase and adding some white larkspur. The arrangement turned out beautifully, and everything worked out. Thank you, Jewel Ann!
