Heaven Scent I called Heaven Scent Florist, the woman that answered the phone was friendly. I needed to send a flower arrangement. I did not know exactly what i wanted to send. The Woman was so helpful that i was able to work out exactly what i wanted over the phone. The prices are fair. The flowers arrived right on time. I will continue to use them everytime i need flowers.
Always Amazing! I've received flowers from and order flowers from Heaven Scent many times. They are always the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen...especially their holiday arrrangements! The staff is so very nice and sincere. My mom has been in the hospital and when I called to order flowers, they were so caring -- even called me later to check in. Florist The customer service was not very friendly the day I visited. The employee did not smile and appeared to be more interested in doing her paperwork. The flowers I thought about getting was expensive.

Pleased receiving and sending My first experience with Heaven Scent was when flowers were sent to me from an out of town relative. The arrangement that arrived was truly beautiful. When I needed flowers for my husbands birthday I called them. The owner was very friendly and helpful on the phone. She took care to listen to what I wanted. I was completely thrilled with the arrangement when I picked it up. I also think their pricing is very fair and competitive.

I called Heaven Scent Florist very early in the morning and I was very gladly greeted by A RUDE woman Victoria (or what ever her name is) She talked to me for a while in a RUDE tone, I called back later that evening and in a sweet tone and tried talking to her husband who was on the line YELLING AT ME!
