Stayed there for 3 nights in March. Apartment was on 15th floor facing Camden Yards, the Hilton and view of city, and beyond. The check in was assisted by the lady at the front desk Melody who explained in detail the ends and out of the place and also directed my wife into parking garage instead of circling block as I checked in. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I recently booked a room through Booking. Com September 13-15 . I was given apartment 801 when we walked in we could smell an odor. We eventually found out the next day the cause of the odor was due to mold in the apartment. We noticed mold above the microwave in the cabinet first after that I couldn't believe the amount of mold we found around the apartment. Light covers had mold. Stayed here vs a hotel when attending a tradeshow. It is directly across the street from the Hilton. The views from our room were pretty awesome looking in to Camden Yards. Bars on the same block. The city of Baltimore certainly needs some work but this complex is top notch!
Stayed here during my daughter’s routine visit at John’s Hopkins with her Oncologist. Very clean, quiet and welcoming apartment with beautiful views of the city. We will definitely be booking again.
The staff is amazing! The apartment is in a great area. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, and transportation. We had issues with our flight and arrived late but they have it coordinated and we check-in smoothly. They are also quick to response to any queries we have. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
