I had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon. My appointment for a partial balayage was an utter disaster. From the moment I arrived, the stylists lack of engagement and disinterest in her work were evident. She barely greeted me and didn't even bother looking at the reference photos I had filled out on the form provided by the salon prior to my appointment.
