A heartfelt rave for Dr. Wensing at Heaven From Home. We had to say goodbye to our sweet Lola on Saturday after more than 15 years together. Dr. Wensing is absolutely amazing, she is a professional through and through. Saying goodbye to your pet is an incredibly difficult process, I've been through it too many times and it's never easy. The last time we took our dog to a local vet for this process and our dog suffered needlessly because the vet tech didn't know what she was doing and couldn't place the line in his vein (it took her multiple times). Dr. Wensing was extremely compassionate and was very helpful through the whole process with our old buddy. We would absolutely recommend both Heaven from Home and at home euthanasia when the sad time comes to say goodbye to a loved one.
