Customer service at its best.!!!!!!! I called Heaven and Earth frantic about a large flower company that had let me down and not delivered to my father, who is recovering from 18 days in ICU where we couldn't send him flowers. Vincent took my order and could tell I was upset. He handled it like the true professional and kind person he must surely be. Thank you so much !
Heaven & Earth Floral went above and beyond what I expected in my order. My Mother passed away and was cremated and her wish was for her ashes to be spread in the ocean so she could be with her husband, our father who was in the Navy during WW II and his ashes were scattered at sea. The order was short notice, but Vincent and his staff did an assume job in creating a biodegradable wreath with purple orchids and 6 white tea roses with greenery, also 6 courageous with purple orchids & two white tea roses each, as purple orchid... read more
