My daughter and I attempted to eat there on 8/20/14. Sign on door stated that the chef and his family were sorry to announce that the restaurant was PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Dining again disappointing. Atmosphere great as always, wait staff very good, food not worth the money. I had the rib-eye, had to send it back for a new cut. Too much grissle and fat. My wife had the white salmon, lacked any flavor, needed a lot of seasoning. This is the 2nd time in 2 that we have been disappointed. Won't go back, too bad we really liked it there.

Awesome dining experience – We travel an hour to go to Heaven City and each and every time it's worth it. The wait staff knows how to make a pleasurable dining experience. We have had Chef Adam at tableside and it was wonderful. We always leave very happy.

~Divine Experience~ – Best Duck Confit Ever!! Also, what an interesting place due to its historic connections. Food and service was excellent. Mid-price range for a fine dining experience. Quaint place just outside of Mukwonago.

It's a wild, wild game – I selected the wild game dinner, as did my enchantress, who is not normally an adventuresome diner, but is a good sport when I bring home something I’ve shot. The $42 meal consisted of four courses: The first course was an elk consumé featuring wild rice and carrots. Quaint and delicious – What a quaint restaurant! Whether you're a steak or seafood lover, Heaven City offers the best of both. I was pleased with the variety of options on the menu as well as the service. Both the food and service were outstanding and the dessert menu was so fabulous it was hard to make a choice. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous! – This past Saturday night my husband and I dined at Heaven City for the first time on a long-awaited night out at a fancy restaurant. It was incredible! Friends of ours have always raved about the place and now we know why! I had the wild mushroom and cheese appetizer that was amazing and my husband raved about his sea scallops (I'm not a fan of scallops but he said they were perfect). Would Not Call It Heaven – The food was ok. The service was horrible. At the bar my husband had to fix the cash drawer. We ordered an appetizer. It was served to the table next to us. When I inquired the food expediter in a glib and rude manner told me they had ordered it. The table next to us then said that they had not ordered anything yet and offered to give us our appetizer off their table. We mentioned this to the server who just shrugged. Enjoy a slice of Heaven – My wife and I have been to Heaven City on many occasions through the years. We were sadly dissappointed when they closed their doors. We heard that the beautiful retaurant had reopened under new ownership and were delighted to try it out. Boy, were we glad we did. It was better than any experience we had ever had.
