First and foremost I want to start with my initial phone call to this animal hospital Philadelphia. Tracy, your professionalism was outstanding. They fit us into your schedule as a walk in after not being able to contact my original veterinarian and every other place on a 1 to 2 week appt. Now to the visit, this place is very nice and the people are extraordinary caring, attentive and compassionate.
