Michael came by told me I needed a new electrical panel and gave me a price that’s unaffordable, then never gave me a copy of the estimate , used my WiFi which I’ve since changed my password, so he can’t keep using it!!!! Then the company call to ask me about financing and kept asking me for the estimate that he never gave me!!!!after repeatedly telling her that he never gave it to him!!! Had to hang up on her because she couldn’t comprehend what I was telling her!!!
MK was extremely knowledgeable. I felt very well informed and at ease knowing my house was safe.
When my AC started acting up, I called Heatwave Heating & Cooling & Plumbing for help. Their team was really fast at figuring out what was wrong and fixing it. And they even cleaned up after themselves, which was nice. Now my AC is running perfectly and I'm really happy with the great service they provided.
Mike did an excellent job at explaining everything for me. I understood exactly what needs to be done for safe home.
