Dan came out to my house when my ac broke. My usual ac guy wasn’t responding. Found heatwave through a friend. He had to be the most thorough ac guy I’ve had at my house. My ac is working great now. Couldn’t be happier. He will be my ac guy from now on
Dan came out to look at my plumbing and electrical issues. Figured out the issues pretty quick. He was extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he’s been at this for years. He gave me several options on payment plans. Thankfully they had plans to work with my credit. The installers came out and fixed all the issues. I’d recommend heatwave to anyone
My HVAC was making a rattling noise and would shut off after running a few minutes. Heatwave charged me nearly $2300 to fix the problem and after replacing a few parts and 3 visits, it still did the same thing. I contacted another company who fixed it and now it's working beautifully. I contacted Heatwave to inquire about a partial refund on the work they unsuccessfully completed and I was ignored. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not only do they do shoddy work, but their customer service is deplorable!
