Marianne, who answered my call is very kind and helpful. We had no heat whatsoever, she was able to find a service tech for us.The same day we called. That was Joe, who arrived and promptly got to work on our heater. Very patient & professional. He advised us of what needed to be replaced. Thank you! From scheduling to the actual service, working with HeatSource was great! We were given a reminder text the day before and received a text message when Jesse was on his way to our home. The text provided a link to see the ETA on his arrival, which was great to see. He arrived right in line with the estimated time of arrival and wore booties over his shoes whenever he was in our home.
