Had a problem with my boiler and they were able to help me out same day and were very nice on the phone. Trey the tech they sent was great, very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly! 5 stars for the whole process.
The three gentlemen involved with installing the hot water heater were terrific. This was a last minute install and Heatsource made it happen.The install was quick, efficient and there was no mess to clean up. All the employees were very polite and friendly. Will use HeatSource again. Thank you for making the replacement possible on short notice.
They came out and installed a new furnace I purchased myself in a 50 year old mobile home just outside Fairbanks. They met every challenge old Alaska mobile homes have with stoic competence. They answered my questions and left me confident that it will a warm and safe winter. All of this and more than $700 under the estimate. I’ll have no hesitation in calling or recommending them.
