Customer service does not answer email concerns... Product loses rigidity when it has a severe crease which mine had upon delivery. This causes it to sag and not fit well.

I have ordered these for all the windows in 5 cars over 20 years. They fit great and really do protect the car from heat and UV degradation. Example #1: my 4-year-old truck still smells like new because the heat and UV haven’t damaged the plastic & dash. Example #2: my 20-year-old car dash still looks almost new - maybe like a 5-year-old car.
In 1993, I bought a new Honda Accord wagon from the dealership in Vacaville. I lived up the road in Sacramento, where the sun is equally unforgiving. The dealership informed me, correctly as it turns out, that it is essential to protect the dashboard from cracking and the car from overheating.
