I was at heatron for 12 years at first I enjoyed it even though pay was not great it was good for starters , however the end I did not enjoy it there favorites , finger pointing , gossip so on and the pay there is ridiculous.
This organization has a positive culture and instills work / life balance for their employees. If you are looking for a career pathway, I suggest applying with them. No experience necessary, willing to train.
I agree with latest review. Toxic work environment and staff are completely miserable. Management does not care. They protect the toxic work employees. Not appreciative of their temps. They don’t care about us temps. You can complete the work orders and still not good enough. No one in their mind wants to be employed at an establishment that truly doesn’t care. Too much favoritism there and not good management, pointed fingers alot. I will say there were good people there but at the end I was glad to be gone
