I heard good things about Dr. Muirhead, so I chose him as my Surgeon and I’m very grateful. What bothered me the most is how difficult it was to find out the cost before I decided to go with this eye association. The other thing that bothers me like with most doctors offices, they tell you you’ll be in and out in 20 minutes, but I was there for an hour and a half. TIMELY, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL!!!
My appointment was ar 10:45. I checked in on time and was not put in a room until 1:15. During the wait, there was no communication from anyone as to why it was taking so long or even an apology for the long time. After finally getting prepped I was told it would be 20 more minutes before I was put in a bed. When I was put in a bed, I was told 20 more minutes. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful. But the wait times and lack of communication made the experience frustrating and stressful.
