David was friendly and did an amazing job with explaining any issues and updates needed. He was thorough in checking customer notes as we have been long time customers of Heatmasters. He made sure I was happy with service. I did update my review - seems a few hours later we realized the hot water was not turned back on and also the invoice is missing dollar amounts. This caused a second call and follow-up. Heatmasters fixed it right away after we called. We would still recommend Heatmasters!
Able has come to my house twice , in the autumn to clean and check out my boiler and today when my boiler wasn't generating the heat I was expecting. Each time I found Able to be professional, knowledgable, and courtious. I believe he is a credit to your company. Pat Shaw
I cannot recommend Heatmasters highly enough. Consistent excellent quality and service. They look out for their customers. Mario and Louis serviced my furnace for annual maintenance and recommended a surge protector which they installed. Careful and skilled work, and very nice guys. Thank you, as always!

David showed up on time, excellent HVAC analysis, fixed air quality problems and worked efficiently, quickly and professionally. Upgraded and improved my furnace. Everything working better. HOWEVER - UPDATE! After emailing AND calling the company directly, I had asked to get a receipt about my parts and services warranty, and break out the services and parts quoted line by line and show me the discount I was suppose to get, because I signed up for their service package.
