The Heatmasters’s Service Man did a great job today with our HVAC system. He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and offered suggestions which we accepted. We’re longtime customers of Heatmasters for HVAC and water heater and have always been pleased with their efficiency, service-level, pricing and easy scheduling. The Service Man who came out today was great. 5 Stars.

My furnace was turning on and off so I called these guys to check on my furnace. They couldn’t find the problem even when the error code was flashing in front of them. They were directing me to buy a new furnace for $10,000 dollars. I said heck no so I found out MYSELF that it was the motherboard that was messed up so I found one at Amazon for 80 bucks and INSTALLED it MYSELF and has been working like a champ. So please Get someone who’s really knowledgeable and knows what their doing when it comes to this type of issue.
