Hello, Steve. Company registered to a residential unit on 4600 n cumberland ave in Chicago, IL, so there is no real office. There is only one phone # which he barely answers. I have tried to call him about 20 times from 4 different phone numbers between 10am and 6pm, left a text message and a voicemail. Absolutely no response. The problem occurred 3 weeks after he installed my AC coil. Drain wasnt properly installed so it started leaking slowly but surely.
