We sought out a jeweler for a custom engagement ring, and although HTG Design Jewelers was over an hour away, we are so happy we consulted with Jim! The product is perfect, the great communication made me very comfortable, and their customer service was top notch. Jim was able to repurpose a ring and gemstones, as well as integrate new diamonds into this beautiful ring that has so much meaning to me! We could not be happier! I don't live in West Bend, but I will continue to visit HTG for all of my jewelry needs!

I had been loosing diamonds due to bent and wearing prongs on the baguette diamonds, and Jim soldered a piece of gold wire over the prongs to make a channel set for the baguettes! I am so pleased with this, no more missing diamonds!! Thank you so much Jim!!
