Water heater broke and it has warranty but when I ordered the part they said it will arrive in 2-4 days and it’s been 1 week since and I haven’t received the part they lied about the shipping time and the water heater has not worked for 1 week and we haven’t had water for 1 week they should’ve been clear about the shipping info

Wont sell R410a refrigerant to a homeowner. States EPA certification requirements. 40 CFR part 82 Subpart F section 608 states you must be EPA certified if you are a technician that is going to handle(install) the refrigerant. Perfectly legal to buy it without the certification. They clearly misunderstand the EPA regulation. Oh well, I bought what i need elsewhere.
