Called Heath's Air when the AC when out in my restaurant. Someone came within the hour. They quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, placed a new one they had in stock, and had my AC running again is less than 30 mins. on the roof. This is called field knowledge, experience and trustworthiness. In contrast, when you deal with the opposite like CASM, they charge you 3.75 hours, two trips and someone that doesn't know what they are doing to change a capacitor on a 3 door freezer.
