Nothing short of Awesome. I interviewed and received four different HVAC contractors to install a dual mini-split system in our garage, and Scott with Heath's Air was above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Our installer, Jerry, was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail, and going the extra mile to insure the installation looked as custom as possible was unmatched. Scott D came out from Heaths Air and was absolutely amazing!!! Orangutan did some bad things and he made it right! Told me lots of great things to keep my AC going and did some no charge extras that I'm really thankfully for- He was a joy to talk to and just a very pleasant and knowledgeable - over all just a great demeanor and I will ask for him every time , thank you Scott D and Heaths air for having a genuinely honest and helpful technician, Just the best ever !!!!
Scott D. was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about my HVAC unit. He explained how to check that the system is running properly and shared helpful suggestions for improving efficiency. His professionalism and expertise were clear throughout the visit. I would highly recommend requesting Scott for any future HVAC needs.
First service was great last year tech showed up promptly and very professional. Paid for maintenance service 150.00 for biannual service. Never received call to schedule for this summer. Called office and they were not able to find us on there database. Second tech not so good. Rushed in his approach hard sell. Could not answer simple questions told me to call office.
