The last two managers have been good but they can’t do anything cause the management company says there is no money to do improvements…they go up on our rent every year …we have snakes coming from the pond ..l have killed two in my apartment…an have pictures of them on the bank at the pond …they want do anything to improve the looks of the place…l have been here 5 yrs an it is going. Downhill as far as the way it is being taken care of inside the apts an the outside …

Just moved in absolutely love it here apartments are very nice just right for 2 people and office manager is a real sweet heart

I have lived here seven months, this property is not being managed with high quality care. For instance, every time I have called the office early in the morning, I don't get a call back until the afternoon, sometimes in the last 45 minutes of the office closing. Secondly, there are geese, and dung all over the grass, parking lots, sidewalks, walking trail, and in the breezeways of the apartments. My mother lived here and the apartments are very nice and roomy. The only issue I had with the complex was them referring to themselves as "assisted living". Only thing in the apartment that indicated assisted living was a thing over the stove to pull and put out a fire. There were no hand rails, toilets were normal toilets, nothing to turn on or push to indicate a person needed help, doors were normal size which could cause a problem for walkers and especially wheelchairs. tubs were normal step into tubs, no walk-in showers... read more
