The worst place to rent EVER! Always had issues with several problems inside my apartment. Roaches and ants everywhere, called several times to have them exterminate and nothing has been done and this has been over 2 months ago, I am a very clean person. I even paid extra for reserved parking (2 spaces) and within 5 days I have called the towing company that they have assigned to their complex (which they suck too) several times and each time I call the tow company waits 2 hours for US to call them and says there's a "proper... read more
Wish i could give negative star's. These people are crooks anything to get your unit deposit then reject your app and keep it $150 bucks. Avoid this place at all cost, their 2nd chance program is a scam just to get that deposit. Scamed on 5-8-2015
2013- I moved in not that long ago not knowing they have a huge roach and rat problem. A worker came in to spray from a can. Needless to say that did not work at all. I told him I believe these apartments are infested. He smiled and said yeah look, then showed me his work order that had a big list of apartments that he had to go to for rats, roaches,and flees. I keep my house really clean but that doesnt matter after I wipe down my counter tops.They all come out just to drink the left over water and disaffected. Also their a... read more
