I love 💕 living here it’s a beautiful view and ladies are super nice in the office.. they come pretty quick if I have a problem .. the apt seems pretty sound proof to me.. I love the washer and dryer and having 2 bathrooms is a plus .. I highly recommend this apt to live in..
The rent goes up every year what if I can't afford higher rent ...then that mean I gotta go
Very very bad when somebody live above you!!! The sounds are horrible. The building is made of very cheap wooden. I'll Never come back here, when I can't get a room on the top floor!!

Good place to live, but the only negative thing is the rent goes up every single year.

I'm on my 3rd year lease and I love living here! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the rent goes up by about $25 a year. It doesn't seem like much, but it does add up. The internet is also really slow. Other than that it's great place to live!
