My experience with these apartments was nothing short of a nightmare. They accept Section 8 vouchers but they treat you like less than a human being. They accused me CONSTANTLY of having other people living with me, when it was just me renting the apartment. I have serious medical issues, and so my daughter would come to check on me frequently. I am going to give you the head up be careful rent an apartment at Heatherton Park Apartment they are saying they are tax credit apartments. Myhousing search.com they said that they are not tax credit apartment. When you get your application and you feel it out and send it back in the $25 application fee for every head in your household if your income does not meet the requirement you lost $100 five people you add on that application. They want you to pay the market rent because they say they're not HUD but they will except ... read more

I lived here for 9 years and it was great the first 5 years until Partnership property management took over and it turned into a terrible experience for me , I was and great tenant paid my rent on time , they didn’t want to fix anything in a timely manner the only time they did anything in the apartment is when it was time for the hud inspection. The maintenance men not all but most had no respect for the fact you lived there …. Just all over a bad management company !!
