As I've shared with alot of friends I've been here a year and I must say it's so quiet,relaxing and tenants and pet friendly. The landlord is great to me he goes beyond for situations you may encounter, I have to be honest there's no one bothering you, no landlord knocking or harassing you about anything he is a very upfront landlord I've been nothing but excited they are always doing new things on the premises. I have been here for almost 2 years now, coming from a nice house and NE Fresno. The Owner and Manager have been responsive to issues and I believe are trying hard to make a Central Fresno apartment complex the best in its mid-price range. A plus is pet friendly.

My grandma and my aunt live here with my cousins. This is a nice place.
