Like others have said, they charge you for everything they possibly can when you move out. As an example, we were charged for leaving a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, not a joke. The other charges were equally as outrageous. They even charged us to repaint, which last I checked is included in the whole apartment deal. We left the place spotless. Upon signing the lease we found several issues with the apt:carpet filthy,Bathroom had burn marks on floor, poorly caulked toilets, mold on sink, loose ceiling fan,stove missing the hood.the siding on the patio became disconnected, month after reporting it,my sink backed up cuz of garbage disposal. A week later she told me to just not use my dishwasher, and that my patio siding had been fixed,i was watching it blow in the wind.
