I agree with Joanne. I’ve been happy here for 5 years but the corporate owners need to address several things including the shortage of staff and they need to stop reducing services, especially with rent increases of 7%, the largest since I arrived. We will now be going on our 4th head maintenance person since I moved in. There may have been other issues but no question they burn out with just 2 for more than 250 apartments plus the clubhouse. Since moving here in March 2025, I’ve seen the grounds decline significantly. No more flowers in front of buildings, tress have been taken down, bushes are half dead, and people are hanging in the car wash smoking cigarettes. Although the staff are all nice and friendly, I’m disappointed in how much it’s changed negatively in a short period of time, especially given a large increase in rent in 2026.
