There could not be a more amazing person than Kathleen Schoeffling there in the office. I'll be moving in on November 1, and she has never failed to be with me, get back to me, or assist me in anything I have needed. Can someone explain to me why did I have to put a parking decal on my back window of my vehicle. Especially as the Girl Scouts are having a meeting tonight in the clubhouse (Tuesday) thus taking all the parking spaces so I cannot park anywhere. I pay rent here and I can't park my vehicle. This is my home. Now I have to wait for the meeting to be over before I can get into my apartment because I can't park my vehicle. I thought this 55 + older adult’s apartment complex known as Heathergate was a no smoking complex. It says it is on Google and other social media platforms. However Friday I saw people who worked there smoking outside the main building to the office. I was thinking of moving there but not now. Why advertise your complex as no smoking when it’s not. Won’t be living here. Big disappointment.
