As usual, great reception, office & medical staff. Love my Integris East Edmond medical staff!
The doctor and her staff make you feel at ease and that makes it so easy to discuss health issues. She listens and makes suggestions for your personal health and takes the time to explain why she made that suggestion.
Dr. Wheeler and her nurse were very thorough in taking my history, addressing all the issues I wanted to address, and arranging tests and future appointments to meet my needs. They made me feel very comfortable discussing my health; the were both friendly and professional.
Dr. Wheeler has an incredible bedside manner in talking through my health care issues and concerns. We have a dialogue, and it is clear that her philosophy is that the two of us are responsible together to discuss options and solutions for any issues I have. She is extraordinarily open to answering questions in an informative and conversational manner. As always, Dr. Wheeler and her staff were pleasant and concerned with my health.
Dr. Wheeler immediately made me feel comfortable and understood. She obviously looked over my chart and took the time to ask about me. She took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed like drs so often do. I appreciated her time and response to my concerns.
