The staff at Heather Ridge is incredible! They truly care about each tenant and go above and beyond. When I first looked at the apartments, I was hesitant based on the outside and things looking a little run down, but after seeing the inside of the apartment with the granite countertops and the constant improvements the management is doing, I have no doubt that they are one of the best in town. Heather Ridge is great! The staff is super helpful and quick-responding. All of the office staff, maintenance, etc. people are always willing to help, to say hi when they see you around outside, and very friendly. We have had a couple of maintenance issues while we've lived here and have always been pleased with our service. They do what they can to keep the apartments looking nice and safe and we will be renewing our lease here until we are ready to buy a house.
