I have been here for 18 years now. Chad Lawrence is the manager and he is FANTASTIC!!! He has wonderful people skills and he loves his job! He always makes you feel welcome and makes you feel like he is your extended family! Amy is our resident coordinator and we have fun activities every month! She is like a Mom to everyone. I have lived in places that were more expensive, I have never seen such a great management team! I have lived here 2 years, about to sign on for another. Any issue or need I have had, this team is on it... they resolve it quickly and if they cant then they bring in someone who can! It is an older complex but the management and crew make it feel Mar-a-lago! Im kidding on the last part but in all seriousness its a great place and community, we have activities and charity drives... resident dinners... so happy I found a nice pl... read more
