Do not recommend, FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS BEWARE....Do not use the inspectors heather recommends. Hire your own inspectors. Be aware of the terminology tactics "Good bones" & "Solid foundation". Go with the home you want & not what heather is saying is a better option for you. I absolutely recommend The Price is Right Real Estate. Heather is a consummate professional. From the very beginning she was honest and reliable. She was also very patient with us (We saw over 40 properties) and her knowledge of the local market and regulations helped us tremendously. She made purchasing our property a breeze.
