If you are searching for or selling a home in the greater Austin area (especially around Pflugerville/Round Rock), we highly recommend Heather and the Morstatter Realty team. We interviewed quite a few realtors when it was time to sell our home, and Heather was by far the most personable and professional of the bunch. She was responsive to our needs, very trustworthy, and got our home sold quickly... even while we were out of state.

Working with Heather and her team was a great expierence for my husband and I. We were looking for our first home, for our family, and Heather's agent Angie McWethy was amazing to work with. She took her time, and used her resources to help us find a home that was in our price range, along with any answers we had during the process.  Heather was professional with a special way of paying attention to personal preferences and we felt like she became a friend. She knows the business and always had our needs and interest as a top priority. She was able to get the very best price for the house we sold, well above the asking price and she was able to negotiate for a lower price on the house we bought. I met Heather when I was going through a very difficult time. I was attempting to list my home "For Sale by Owner" since I was no longer and active Realtor.
