Heather helped me buy a lot and build a new home. She is very knowledgeable and offered so much great advice. She was with me every step of the way. Heather is by far the most intelligent and knowledgeable agent I've had the pleasure of working with. She knows the markets, the builders, and the competition, allowing the seller/buyer to make an informed decision. When selling, she gives a comprehensive list of everything needs to be fixed or updated prior to putting the house on the market. Then a stager and photographer (a really good one) arrive to make the house look fantastic for the listing.
Heather was extraordinarily organized, efficient, knowledgeable and service oriented. She and her team made the home buying process very easy and they went above and beyond to assist us in this transition. I would highly recommend Heather to anybody looking to buy or sell a home in this area.
