I think for the amount of rent you pay for these apartments they should be nicer and better taken care of. The community is very quiet and dog friendly which is great. Great location as well. 5-10 minutes to basically anywhere you need to go! Close to many beaches also. The staff here is excellent. Property definitely needs updated!
Walls are so thin you can hear every conversation the neighbors have
When I need something fixed. I don't have any issues with my request and the immediately response they have. They always on time. Everything happens in one visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love how they respect and care for the community.
Rivers Landing is amazingly beautiful. It's very spacious for family with kids. The kids can enjoy the playground also the pool area. Neighbors are very nice. Everyone respects everyone. The staff is wonderful. Ms.Delores helped me and my family throughout the entire. Process she answered every question I had and also checked on us after we first moved in. I'm happy we chose Rivers Landing.
I would leave zero stars if possible. If you respect yourself and those around you then don't rent from Heather Lake. First, they have a bad roach problem. I've woke up with roaches crawling across my bed and on me. I've found roaches in my cabinets. Its been over six months of this and the only response from management is spraying, which hasn't worked. That and blaming me for the roaches after leaving a few bottles lying around. The apartments also smell moldy. I've lit many candles, sprayed air freshener, and none of this ... read more
