I always look forwards to seeing Heather, she is exelent in her field. I Love her. She is kind, knowledgable & Empathy she she has a pleanty. The entire team of professionals she works with is a fantastic bunch. Thank you Heather & others for all you do I have been with Heather since 2015.
When she come for our appointment she always on time and on point about my health. I love that I can be comfortable and honest with her. She always makes sure if I need anything or if I have any question. I thinks she great!!
Heather took care of my mother for years before she passed away in 2021. She is now taking care of my father who is also under the Hospice Care. She sees him once a month. We look forward to Heather's visits because she is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I like her honesty about the health of my father. She treats him with great respect and honor, even though he is very sick and has dementia and sometimes doesn't make a lot of sense. We feel honored and proud to have her in our lives.
