Heather Herring, PNP has been my daughter's primary doctor wince my daughter was 4 years old. She's has always been thorough, understanding, detailed and loving doctor. She's always made my daughter as well as myself feel comfortable and I can't remember a time when we left with an unanswered question because she has always provided the answers that was needed.
Heather Herring is down to earth. I feel that I can ask questions and get advise about my child’s development. She has also been great with my daughter!!
Felt dismissed and unheard. Concerns are always downplayed instead of addressed. It's very frustrating when concerns about your child are minimized and the conversation is more one sided.
