Heather is the best! She gave great guidance & managed our expectations of the current market well. She did way more than just putting a sign in the yard and it paid off! She made sure to keep us informed throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy or sell.
My house was a nightmare sale. Probate made it extremely difficult and time consuming. Heather was an absolute blessing through the entire process, saw it all the way through to the end, found buyers quickly (even after losing the first one due to the probate process, got us what we were asking, answered all the questions, she was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! 10 out of 10 would recommend, and will return to her in the future!
