It took months to get this appointment so when I got there and had to wait 1.5 hours, I stayed put. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait and the doctor knows that because she came in apologizing. But it wasn't a "I have to apologize or look bad" kind of apology; it was a sincere regret that she had cost me that time. Ok, I accepted the apology and moved on.
