I have had positive conversations with Heather during my appointments. She listens to me and is a great advocate for me. I have had sleep problems for 10 years. Heather has prescribed me a certain medication that finally works for me. I have literally tried everything else with no prevail. It's nice to have someone who listens and cares about me. I feel so much better now. Thank you Heather from the bottom of my heart!
NP acts like you are taking up her precious time. She acts as if she is super busy, tries to rush you in and out without being personable. Gets very short, I told her my medication was not working for me, she said something along the lines of I don't know, you know yourself best find a dose that works best for you.
