This dentist is an arrogant, disgusting woman. I felt discriminated and treated differently. I called them and I told them, I lost my Delta Dental insurance, now I have Medicaid, and they told me they have to review my old file, and called me back. They never did, I called 3 days later to find out what happened, then the receptionist said that the doctor won't be able to see me. Gave me no reason, and said sorry but I can't say more. I would not recommend this arrogant, egoistist dentis. Racists!!!!
As always, my visit/appointment with Dr. Cox and Koko was very pleasant. They always listen and show concern to whatever problem I have at the time, offering suggestions and schedule follow-up appts. I'm very happy I found your team!
My 4 year old fell and knocked teeth loose. Dr. Cox saw her immediately to make sure everything was okay.
I didn't wait very long to get in, & the appointment was quick as well so I could get back to work. Dr Cox & Coco were very friendly & professional.
