Tenants have zero manners! Move here if you want to be surrounded by irresponsible pet owners and people that bump music as all hours of the night regardless of the fact that parking is literally outside of some peoples bedrooms. One particular family has very nippy little dogs and dont try and correct them cause you get threatened. point I'm making is there are better places to live. PLU students NEVER move here! Pay the extra for better! you will thank me
No assigned parking, but Laundry is Free to ALL
These are nice and quiet Apartments. It's not in best area and schools around here are very poorly staffed and funded so I would definitely recommend looking at other places if you have young children
