The hygienist takes her time and doesn't poke or jab. She knows the sensitive areas and takes special care. Never felt like she was rushing or that there was a time limit on my appointment. She was gentle and very thorough; even went back to check, then cleaned two areas more, which I appreciate because I like a very clean feel. I have had very uncomfortable cleanings in the past (different state) and it made me dread going back. I request Lauren each time and she has always been great.

Everyone makes you feel right at home. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, not only in the environment, but also while they are working on your teeth. All of the staff is exceptional, and Lauren (dental hygienist) is superb! If you are looking for a dentist in the Ballantyne area (even if you need to drive a little extra), this is where you want your teeth to visit :)

After searching online for a new dentist to try, I came across South Charlotte Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. I must say that I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I've never had a dentist experience that I have can say that I really enjoyed, but my visit to South Charlotte Family Dentist was just that. Prior to visiting South Charlotte Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, I had not been to a dentist in close to 15 years. I was EXTREMELY nervous to see a dentist again. Dr. Wells, his staff, and even the physical office is incredible. This team has taken more then enough time with me to put my fears at ease and answer all my questions. I have been going to Dr. Wells for years and absolutely love the staff. His front desk staff is so helpful and friendly, the hygienists are knowledgeable and caring and Dr. Wells is great! They are always on time. I have never had to wait for an appointment. And they are so efficient with all the technology they have! Love Dr. Wells' office!

I have been going to Dr. Wells for a few years now and I can't imagine going to anyone else. He truly went above and beyond my last visit and proved to me my dental health is really important to him. Its hard to find a dentist who genuinely cares about your well being and not the bottom line. I can't express how grateful and am it means so much to me. Thank u!

I stared having pain in my tooth over the weekend and by Tuesday I thought I should try to see a dentist. I stopped by Dr. Wells' office and they were able to work me into the schedule at 2pm that very day. The staff was so helpful and nice. I had an xray done of the area hurting. When Dr. Wells looked it over he decided there didn't appear to be anything wrong with my nerve and there are no cracks in the tooth that is hurting. He did see a bit of white area on the film so he recommended an antibiotic. He understood that I w... read more
