First class treatment and has always been exceptional experience.
I chose Heather specifically to be my PCP. She always provides excellent care! Heather listens to me, explains things in a comprehensive way, and the treatment she prescribes is helpful and addresses all of my concerns. I highly recommend Heather!
First, the hospital itself is smaller in stature while packing a bigger punch than larger facilities in the surrounding area. The staff is always so courteous and friendly. Above all the Doctors here do such a fantastic job with providing information, listening to your needs or concerns as a patient and not just prescribing but guiding you to success in your recovery or journey. Heather is an excellent Healthcare provider. She's kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
So far, she is good; helps, listens, explains, knowable, respectful, and if she doesn't know, she researches, consults others, or refers me to others. I have mixed levels of knowledge and understanding; she has been very good and putting things in a way I can understand.
