This experience renting from health properties was horrible. Extremely hostile toward their tenants. We lived with a broken toilet for three weeks which is illegal. Charged fees for reasons that were not in our lease agreement. The main person in charge (I think his name is Elijah) spoke to me in a super derogatory way that was honestly very hurtful. A horrible experience please do not lease from them. If I could give a 0 as a rating I would.
The employees at Heath Properties are totally incompetent, will lie to your face, and just don't care. They're converting the property at 113 Beacon St. into apartments. When I first saw my apartment, it looked great, but I was cautious. I showed up to my meeting with Kelsey and Josh with 2 pages of questions.
