Great work and exceptional project management/communication. We worked with Justin to design and realize an upgraded back yard with a fire pit and new trees, and he was knowledgeable and responsive, which made this a seamless experience.
Heath Outdoors Design Sales and Installation Team did a great job, I am very happy with the results and would recommend Heath Outdoors to anyone wanting a beautifully landscaped yard!
Last fall, Justin’s team planted some of my favorite perennials along a sidewalk leading to the front door. Spring arrived, but 3 of the plants failed to appear, so Justin returned twice to alter the bed design slightly and replace the plants that didn’t make it through the winter. All the plants are thriving. Thanks so much!!
Updating my review to reflect the current state of things at Heath. This previously had been a 5-star review through and through, but it seems they have grown too much and stretched themselves too thin. To be clear on the 3-star rating: This is 5-stars for the portion of the company that was previously True North (the water feature portion of the company). Twon and Justin are rock stars. I had Heath reseed my lawn last fall as it was looking spotty. This spring, the number of weeds and dandelions has absolutely skyrocketed. I’ve been at this house for five years and have never had dandelions and weeds like this. The only difference is the reseeding that took place last fall. I will never have my lawn reseeded by this company again, total waste of money.
