Unprofessional!
I have been seeing Dr. Bullard for about 15 years. He asks questions and really listens to what I’m saying. He takes his time with me to make sure me and my eyes stay healthy. He is a doctor who cares about his patients and isn’t just there to collect a paycheck. Plus, he has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ballard and never saw him. Another doctor came into the room and never explained why i was seeing her for my appointment after i had made it with Dr. Bullard. The exam was fine, however, i was asked 4 separate times if i wanted to spend “a little more money” for 1. Machine vs dilation drops ($40), 2. Don’t have your contacts but have this better brand for more money. 3. $40 more for contact fitting.
