When entering the waiting room I was greeted by Cheri. I was called in promptly and April was very knowledgeable about taking the xrays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Heath came in and said I was doing a good job taking care of my teeth, which is always good to hear. The other lady in the office (can't remember her name) helped me set up my next appt. and helped me purchase an Oral-B electric toothbrush. (My first one). She explained the $20 coupon to me. While the work was a bit more extensive than I thought it would be, it went well, the temporary crown has held well and the pain has been minimal. I feel well cared for by all the staff and by Dr. Heath.
