Hygenist was patient and through.
I never had any big pain, Monica is a great listener , very careful and I want her each time I go.Everyone very friendly...Dr. H., very careful as well and a nice person...!!
When entering the waiting room I was greeted by Cheri. I was called in promptly and April was very knowledgeable about taking the xrays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Heath came in and said I was doing a good job taking care of my teeth, which is always good to hear. The other lady in the office (can't remember her name) helped me set up my next appt. and helped me purchase an Oral-B electric toothbrush. (My first one). She explained the $20 coupon to me. Thanks for asking. Done a great job & everybody is very friendly.
While the work was a bit more extensive than I thought it would be, it went well, the temporary crown has held well and the pain has been minimal. I feel well cared for by all the staff and by Dr. Heath.
Friendly people who made sure I understood what they were doing.
Efficient, easy to make an appointment. Don't have to wait very long in the waiting room.
