This was my first visit to your clinic, and I was very pleased with the staff. I have one comment, the local anesthetic used before my teeth cleaning did not agree with me. I was groggy and shivering for the rest of the day. My memory of last night are gone. I feel fine now after a nights sleep, but I do not want that stuff used on me again.
The experience was great. Very nice and painless.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and the level of patient care is top notch! This is the reason I drive an hour to have them take care of my dental health!
I am *terrified* of dentist offices, and I really mean that, like I fully cry. Not only was the whole staff so patient and kind with me from start to finish, but they also answered every single question I had and asked before each thing they did. They worked with me on scheduling, were so transparent about everything, gave me choices, and never once lost patience with me. For the first time in my life I feel like I can actually have healthy teeth and gums. I can't thank this staff enough for taking care of me and my mouth!
Excellent care, Dr Heath takes time to discuss any concerns which is rare these days!
