Sam is an expert. He is always on time and provides excellent customer service. He has installed and maintained HVAC units for my home and business. You are in great hands at HeatCool.
Sam was an excellent customer service representative. He explained what he was doing and why. He knew about the pipe valve with a basket and flushed it out very well. He drained the bottom of the hot water tank and checked for leaky valves. I liked him and I felt like he really knew what he was doing.
Sam came to our condo and gave me more answers than anyone has given. Very knowledgeable and kind in explaining and helping with our issue. Highly recommend.
We wanted to install a thermostat in our apartment that could be changed remotely. Due to the wiring configuration in the building, the Nest thermostat did not work. HeatCool researched and found a thermostat that worked and were flexible about scheduling. Sam, the technician from HeatCool, was amazing. He set the system up quickly and followed up to make sure the system worked perfectly. I cannot recommend HeatCool enough, great service!
