The furnace leaked after installation,they came and tried to fix it three times.Nine months later still leaking.The owner has an excuse for everything,I’m sick I’m busy etc.Cancelled repair at least 6 times.Biggest mistake we made using them to install our furnace.
Very happy with the service received from Heat Wave. They were willing to come out same day to replace my hot water heater. He got me exactly what I wanted and did a great job! Thanks Mike & Jim! They were very nice and professional! They will be my go to if I need any more work done.
Never use these people There awful they say one thing and never follow thru Left me hanging Ended up sinking more money than a new furnace would have cost
Always fast service and quality repairs. I've used them a lot over the last 10 yrs and will continue to do so.
