Heatwave was informed that I did not have a bed bug problem. A Heat treatment notice was on my door Friday Oct 04, 2024. My manager(*** ***** Garden Terrace) and heatwave checked my room on Wednesday 10-09-2024. My room was free of bed bugs. There was no evidence of bed bugs on my sheets and blanket(fecal matter, bugs, blood etc,.). *** told me that Heat Wave and him were going to check again on Wednesday Oct 16, 2024.
