I had Heat Savers remove my gas fire insert and replace it with an electrical one. From my initial drop-in to the showroom, where Brett helped me, to the initial home visit, right through to strata approval, scheduling, and install, the process was seamless and easy. The installation day itself was clean and quick, and the final result is exactly what I had hoped for. This was a project I assumed would be complicated and messy—the Heat Savers team made it easy and answered all my questions throughout the process.
Erick Herrera, Home Comfort Advisor for Heat Savers did a home visit and built a plan for removing our 30 year old fireplace & replacing it with a "Valor H3". The Heat Savers installation team put that plan into action without any glitches. The installation team worked with our Chimney remediation contractors & coordinated the work delivering a smooth transition from old to new.
Prompt and excellent service from Heat Savers. Will be calling them again for our fireplace servicing in the future.
