Had an issue with my gas fireplace. I called Heat savers for a service call. Luckily there was a cancelation and the tech came out a few days later and fixed it. They were quoting May as the next available slot. I would like to suggest they keep a few slots each week for breakdowns.
Heat Savers were great. From the expertise of their sales staff to the quality of the installation we now have a wonderful gas fireplace in our remodeled home. Highly recommended.
