Heat Savers did a great job. It was not without a few "hitches" but they managed those well. Carla helped to coordinate my concerns. Responses to my concerns were handled well and quickly. Chris's install presented some challenges due to existing firebox but he overcame these. Our 2 new fireplaces are working nicely. Good job!
After two years, we finally have a working fireplace! Brett came and replaced the broken parts that an independent contractor told us could not be, giving us warmth for the winter. He is very knowledgeable, tidy and courteous, thank you Brett. Heat Savers, your customer service is excellent! We will contact you for future servicing of both our fireplaces and are happy to recommend you to family & friends.
